Lone Workers are equipped with a Mobile Phone that has Satellite tracking capabilities.
If the employee finds themselves in a venerable position they simply push the emergency button which sends their location and opens a voice channel to the Monitoring Centre, our control room operators assess the situation before taking the appropriate action based on a pre-defined escalation procedure.
A remote log-in facility enables the client to view the location of their staff. This combined with mobile phone location provides a powerful tool to protect, manage & monitor your staff.
